While AvA Yachts is working on the Kando 130XL, the yard has introduced another model, the Kando 150XL, the largest in the Kando range to date. The Kando 150XL measures around 47 meters and is very close to the 500 GT mark. The construction will be done with high-strength steel for the hull and aluminum. Below is a preview of the slightly smaller Kando 130XL.

The yacht is fully designed by AvA Yachts. The interior can accommodate up to six cabins, but the option for five cabins will also be available. In the case of six guest cabins, the layout will be five double cabins and a master suite that can accommodate up to 12 people. Three cabins are reserved for the crew with a captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.

Other onboard features include a hot tub on the flybridge, a transformer swim platform and wide outdoor areas for sitting and sunbathing. The basic dimensions of this yacht read a length of 46.70 meters, a width of 9 meters and a draft of 2.5 meters.

AvA Yachts optimizes its vessels for impressive autonomy. The Kando 150XL, for example, boasts – in theory – a range of over 7,000 nautical miles.

The standard engine configuration for the Kando 150XL is expected to be a pair of 1000 horsepower Cummins engines which are calculated to run the yacht up to 14 knots. Its range is extended to such impressive numbers when reduced to 10 knots or less. The total tank capacity should be 80,000 LT with 15,000 LT of fresh water.
